 4 eggs
 150 g sugar
 1 shortcrust pastry
 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
 250 g fresh cheese
 cinnamon

Line a pie pan with the dough and bake for about 10 minutes in the oven at 180ºC. (Be sure to place a sheet of parchment paper covered with dried beans to press the dough into the desired shape).

Mix the sugar with the eggs and the lemon juice and stir well until you get a whitish cream. Add the milk, the crushed fresh cheese, and the cinnamon powder.

Wrap everything very well and place over the pre-cooked pastry. Bake at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes.
