Chicken Wraps and Mint Yogurt Sauce

Yogurt Sauce
 1 tsp mustard
 2 unsweetened natural yogurts
 2 chopped garlic
 1 pinch of salt
 chopped mint
 pepper
wrap
 500 g grilled chicken breast
 4 flour tortillas
 1 small size cucumber
 1 medium size tomato
 ½ green bell pepper

Add the mustard, yogurt, minced mint, and chopped garlic. Season with salt and pepper and beat well with a wire stick to incorporate well.

Shred the chicken. Cut cucumber, pepper, and tomato into sticks. Remove the cucumber and tomato seeds.

Roll out the wrapping leaves, spread them with the sauce and spread the cucumber, pepper, and tomato over the surface.
Add the shredded chicken. Then roll up the wraps and serve them cut in half.
