 1 kg pork loin
 2 tbsp honey
 2 tbsp mustard
 3 grated garlic cloves
 1 lemon (zest and juice)
 salt and ground pepper

Put a skillet to heat. Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. When the pan is very hot, put the loin. Seal the loin on all sides.

Put the mustard, lemon juice, honey and garlic in a bowl.

Spread the tenderloin with the previous preparation and bake, preheated to 170ºC, for about 40 minutes. Serve the sliced ​​tenderloin, accompanied by baked potatoes.
