 225 g wheat flour
 35 g corn flour
 ½ tsp sodium bicarbonate
 1 pinch of salt
 375 ml buttermilk
 1 tsp melted butter at room temperature
 2 eggs

Put the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and
salt in a bowl and mix. Mix buttermilk with melted butter and two yolks beat until smooth.

Place the egg whites in a medium bowl and beat in a castle. Add the egg whites to the flour mixture and mix gently to mix well.

Put the dough in the machine and waffles and serve with the side dishes to your liking (eg jam, yogurt, and fruit).
